Bill Edwards

Representing the Municipality of Port Hope, Bill Edwards began serving the Northumberland CFDC Board of Directors in 2012. With an M.B.A from Western University, Bill’s business experience is extensive and varied.

He has been involved in the ownership and operation of local businesses and helmed companies at home and abroad. Most notably, Bill was the Owner and Operator of Keystone Manufacturing Plastics for 24 years, an Account Executive at an agency in Toronto and eventually the CEO and Owner of another agency in both Toronto and Montreal.

Bill was a board member for Port Hope’s Public Library prior to and during its expansion and redevelopment as well as a founding board member and finance director for the All Canadian Jazz Festival. Bill is also a proud supporter of the La Jeuness Youth Orchestra. Bill’s business experience and passion have motivated him to see both business and not-for-profit projects succeed in order to positively impact the community and fulfill a social need.
