A lifetime resident of Cobourg, Scott carries on the tradition of three generations of Funeral Directors as owner of MacCoubrey Funeral Homes. He is past-president of the Rotary Club of Cobourg, and co-chair the very successful Capital Campaign for Northumberland Services for Women. His is also a past chair and active supporter of the Northumberland United Way
Scott lives in downtown Cobourg with his wife Sandra and their two children. His wife Sandra is also a successful local business woman and both Scott and she are strong supporters of a number of community organizations including the Cobourg Library, Northumberland Hills Hospital and the Vintage Film festival to name a few.
