Rosemary Davis represents the Town of Cobourg on the CFDC Board of Directors. Completing school in Toronto Rosemary is educated as an agrologist with more than 30 years experience in the agriculture industry.

As an agribusiness owner and operator Rosemary's career is a hallmark of success which includes the ownership and management of the Tri-County Agromart in Trenton, Ontario for 25 years.

In 2005 Rosemary became the Owner of Sunhil Farms Limited and Sunhil Investments Limited which she continues to operate.

Rosemary is an impressive and active volunteer in the local community. She has had previous involvement with the Board of Directors for Farm Credit Canada, Board of Directors for Trenval Business Development Corporation and has chaired the Agricultural Committee.

Her success as the first female Chair of the Farm Credit Canada Board of Directors resulted in the FCC establishing an award in her honour, the FCC Rosemary Davis Award recognizes women who are dynamic leaders in Canadian Agriculture. Rosemary remains active in several community initiatives presently sitting on the Board of the Art Gallery of Northumberland, the Industry Review Committee for the Agri-Opportunities program for Agriculture Canada, Northumberland County Agriculture Advisory Liaison Committee, the Agricultural Advisory Committee for Port Hope and a member of the Friends of Kinark. As an accomplished agribusiness owner, Rosemary continually demonstrates her leadership in agriculture through innovation, creativity and a passion for the success of the industry. She currently resides in Cobourg where she enjoys theatre, music, art, reading and travel.
