Sarah Sculthorpe

Inducted in 2006 and the current Treasurer, Sarah Sculthorpe represents the Municipality of Port Hope on the Northumberland CFDC Board of Directors. Sarah grew up and attended school in Kingston, Ontario before moving to Northumberland County.

A self-employed business woman Sarah is the Office Manager for James Sculthorpe Ltd.

In addition to a busy career, Sarah makes time for numerous local initiatives. She has been an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, the Baltimore Hills Pony Club, Capitol Theatre and the Port Hope Public Library. Dedicated to the county she has called home for just over 30 years, Sarah is currently involved in the Northumberland Hills Hospital, and the YMCA board. In 2006 Sarah was honoured with the Paul Harris Fellowship award for outstanding community contributions.

Sarah is proud to help drive economic excellence in an area of such rural beauty and thriving community spirit. As an active cyclist and squash player Sarah has a strong belief in physical health. The proud mother of three, grandmother of one resides in Port Hope with her husband Jim.
